The hotel location was excellent. It was close to many attractions. staff members were friendly and always willing to assist with directions. the provided breakfast offered a good variety, ensuring a satisfying start to each day. i also appreciated the lovely garden, it provided a relaxing atmosphere.

Soundproofing was an issue. Noise from the hallway disrupted my sleep.

The breakfast buffet included both korean and western options. I found the food fresh. there was also a chef present, the buffet was always well-stocked, GREAT!!! a variety of beverages, including coffee and tea, were available throughout the day.

The hotel provided a free washer and dryer. This was very useful for longer stays. the lobby area had a peaceful vibe. i especially liked the 24-hour access to coffee and hot water.

Excellent Stay in a Charming Hotel

I found the breakfast consistently excellent. There was always hot water and strong water pressure, which I REALLY appreciated. The location proved perfect for walking and exploring the area. The staff helped me when I needed to extend my stay due to a foot injury. I met other travelers and made some good friends.

The older gentleman at reception seemed a bit passive-aggressive at times.

The staff answered all my questions and provided guidance. They accommodated guest requests efficiently. They even provide washing machines to do free laundry which I found very helpful, especially during my extended stay. The service exceeded my expectations.
